Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash browns
5 to 6 pork chops
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. is for crust)
1 c. Durkee French fried onions
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Season and brown pork chops.
Mix potatoes, soup, milk, cheese, sour cream, French fried onions and seasonings.
