Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Heat juice to boiling point; add lime Jell-O. Stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    When Jell-O begins to thicken, add remaining ingredients.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour in mold and refrigerate.
    Serve 8 to 10.
