Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish (or more to taste)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Remove any skin and bones from salmon and drain. Mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients except for parsley.
    Form into ball and roll in parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
