Tomato Soup Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. tomato soup
2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add tomato soup; blend. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; add to creamed mixture; blend.
Fold in raisins. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Delicious topped with a cream cheese frosting.
