Fried Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or more c. leftover mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add flour until mixture reaches a stiff consistency.
    Drop by spoon into hot grease (deep fat).
    Turn only once.
    Drain on paper towel.
    You may add chopped shrimp for \"shrimp puffs.\"
