Codfish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked codfish (flaked)
    2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 eggs (beaten)
    pepper to taste (no salt)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, shape into patties and coat with flour. Cook until golden on both sides in a fry pan with a little oil.
