Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut in thirds
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan; top with cheese, then sausage.
    Beat together the eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over sausage and let set overnight.
    Next day, pour mushroom soup and milk over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
