Fool Proof Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet or milk choc. chips
    14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    dash of salt
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In microwave melt chips and milk until smooth (in mine it is usually about 4 min. depending on the container).
    Fold in salt, nuts and vanilla and spread evenly into a wax paper lined 8 by 9 in. pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm - turn out onto a cutting board, peel off the paper and cut into squares.
    Store loosely covered at room temperature.
