Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, remove crusts and cube
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 to 7 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 to 4 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. link sausage, browned and cut up; and/or ham; and/or mushrooms; and/or bacon, etc. (optionals)
Preparation
    In long oblong shallow dish, layer bread, cheese, optionals, bread, cheese, optionals, until all ingredients are used (2 to 3 layers).
