Crunchy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini or summer squash, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
    6 oz. pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter or oleo. Combine squash, onion, sour cream, soup and water chestnuts.
