Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ears fresh corn
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cut corn from cobs, scraping cobs to remove milk.
    Measure 2 cups corn and set aside.
    Combine egg yolks with next 6 ingredients in a large bowl and add corn, stirring well.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into corn mixture.
    Spoon into a lightly greased, 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
