Heavenly Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. celery soup, diluted with 2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Dilute soup with water.
    Defrost potatoes in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, except chips.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with crushed chips.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 12.
