Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by measuring tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
