Dorothy Doak'S Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can apricots, seeded (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1/3 box light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain seeded apricots for 1 1/2 hours, then turn cavity up in Pyrex dish and sprinkle with the brown sugar and lemon juice. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Just before baking, sprinkle coarsely crumbled crackers over the apricots.
    Drizzle with the melted butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
