Clam Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. clam broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. minced clams (more or less) to taste
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add broth and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients, blending just until liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in clams and drop by spoonfuls into hot fat (365\u00b0) and fry until golden, turning once.
