Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 (No. 2 1/2) can or 4 c. cooked pumpkin
5 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, sugar and Wesson oil together.
Sift the flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves and soda together and add to the pumpkin mixture.
Add the nuts.
Grease pans lightly.
Place dough in baking pans and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
This recipe makes three average size loaves or five small ones.
When done, turn out on waxed paper directly from oven.
Let cool completely, then wrap in waxed paper and a layer of aluminum foil.
