Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. (more or less) chili powder
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomatoes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add chili powder, beans and tomatoes.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
