Egg And Green Chili Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, diced
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    12 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Drain, seed chilies and cut into strips.
    Dry strips on paper towels.
    Place chilies in bottom of a 13 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch glass Pyrex dish.
    Cover chilies with grated cheese. Drizzle eggs evenly over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool (to finish setting) 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with salsa sauce. Serves 6 to 8 people.
