Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    3 c. bread croutons
    poultry seasoning
    6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix celery, onion, margarine and water together.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix in croutons and poultry seasoning (can substitute 3 cups Pepperidge Farm dressing mix).
    Debone chicken, pound flat and wrap each piece around a large spoonful of dressing.
    Place in broiler pan.
    Mix together chicken, soup and water.
    Pour over chicken. Bake in oven about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
