Grandma'S Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In saucepan over low heat, melt chips and margarine; stir until smooth.
    Pour mixture into large bowl; stir in sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed.
    Stir in flour, nuts and salt.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool; cut into squares.
    These pack and ship well to distant grandchildren.
