Peanut Butter Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add peanut butter and cream well. Add vanilla and eggs, beating well.
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
Bake in paper cups in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
Frost with sifted confectioners sugar frosting.
(I add 1 or 2 tablespoons peanut butter to frosting.)
