Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 peeled and sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop onion.
Put about 2 Tbsp. oil in large deep fry pan.
Cook onions in oil until golden.
Take the pan off burner and add one Tbsp. paprika, mixing into onions.
Add potatoes to pan than add the rest of paprika, sprinkling over potatoes.
Add water to just cover potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are done.
You may have to add a bit more water as the potatoes cook.
There should be some sauce.
