Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 Tbsp. Morton Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix well and cover. Refrigerate for 3 days.
    On the fourth day, make 3 rolls 2 1/2 x 8-inches.
    Bake on broiler for 10 hours. Makes 10 servings.
