Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. thin cream or milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sliced peaches (canned, fresh or frozen)
    dash of salt
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except fruit, making a thin batter. Pour into baking dish to which 3 tablespoons of melted butter have been added.
    Then pour sweetened fruit into the middle of the batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes.
