Ingredients

2 cans sliced beets
1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix syrup from 1 can pineapple chunks with water and vinegar. Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Cook about 10 minutes. Add pineapple and both cans of drained sliced beets.
Serve hot.
