Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
a little butter
cornflakes, crumbled
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper.
Dip in egg and cornflakes. Place in baking dish lined with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
