Cream Cucumber - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cucumber
1 small onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of paprika
dash of salt

Preparation

Pare cucumber and slice very thin.
Put into bowl; add salt and place in refrigerator.
When cold, press cucumber slices between the hands to remove the salt.
Rinse in cold water.
Add sliced onion; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour over cucumbers.
