Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans yams, drained
    2 tart apples, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. orange juice
    walnuts
Preparation
    Put yams and apples in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in mustard and orange and lemon juices.
    Drizzle over casserole.
    Bake covered for 45 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Baste frequently.
    Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts and bake uncovered another 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
