Potato And Bacon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. Irish potatoes, cubed, cooked and drained
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and drained
1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 medium onion, diced, or 1 large (if you like onions)
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain potatoes; cube Velveeta cheese.
Crunch bacon.
Add mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper to taste to the rest of the ingredients.
Fold all together and pour in buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
