2 c. self-rising flour (rounded)
2 Tbsp. Crisco
buttermilk
Preparation

Mix flour and Crisco by hand.
Stir in buttermilk with spoon until you have stiff dough.
Work dough on floured board until ready to roll out.
Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until brown.
