Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples, with peel
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and cooking oil.
Let set 1 hour.
Add all other ingredients to apple mixture and stir enough to mix well. Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
