Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots or 2 jars junior baby food carrots
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients three times and make a well; add oil, eggs, carrots and nuts.
Pour into 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
