Rabbit Gravy(An 1800'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil a chicken or rabbit (have about 1/2 gallon broth). Debone meat and add all other ingredients to broth.
    Bring to boil, stir.
    Remove from heat to cool and serve over cornbread, biscuits or crackers.
    Gravy is not real thick.
