Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped (reserve liquid)
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion in butter over low heat.
    Stir in flour, parsley, salt, celery salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat. Stir in milk and chicken broth.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir one minute.
    Stir in shrimp and liquid. Serves 8.
