Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
juice from 1 lemon
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Trim off large leaves.
Cut off tough end of stalk and wash broccoli thoroughly.
Cut flowerets and stem into bite-size pieces.
Mix garlic, oil, Worcestershire, salt, mustard, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
Toss with broccoli until glistens.
Chill at least 3 hours.
