Flounder Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    thyme
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in corn oil.
    Crush the whole tomatoes and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
    Arrange the flounder in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Arrange tomato mixture on top of the flounder.
    Sprinkle thyme and Parmesan cheese on top of the flounder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
