8 Idaho potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 stick butter or oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. dried chives
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add last five ingredients to mashed potatoes.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
