Mushroom Wild Rice Stuffing Or Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. water
    4 c. cooked wild rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes, then remove mushrooms.
    Add onions, parsley and celery.
    When onions turn yellow, add 1/3 cup water and the rice, salt and pepper.
    Add the other 1/3 cup water and mushrooms.
    Simmer 15 minutes and serve.
