Shannon'S Favorite Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chipped
    35 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Rinse broccoli in colander until thawed.
    Drain.
    Arrange in shallow casserole dish, 10 x 10-inch.
    Top with chipped cheese. Melt butter and stir in crushed crackers.
    Sprinkle over broccoli and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
