Zippy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 fresh carrots, sliced and cooked until just tender
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 tsp. (or more to taste) Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place oleo and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until combined.
    Add salt and Tabasco; mix well.
    Add hot, drained carrots and toss gently until coated evenly.
