Caesar Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, cut
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 avocado
1 lemon
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. crisp croutons
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
salad greens
Preparation

Drop garlic into half pint jar.
Add oil, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.
Let stand several hour. About 10 minutes before serving, discard garlic and pour oil mixture over croutons.
Break 2 quarts salad greens into bowl. Arrange mandarins, quartered artichoke hearts and sliced avocado on top of greens.
Bring bowl to table.
Pour crouton mixture over top and squeeze the juice of the lemon over all.
Toss gently. Serves 6 to 8.
