Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    While the rice is cooling off, cook sausage. (Make sure that the sausage is cooked thoroughly.)
    In a skillet, combine the rice, sausage and cream of chicken soup (also, onion if you want it).
    Cook on medium heat for about 10 or 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
