Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

fryer
enough beer to cover
butter
garlic or garlic seasoning
Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
Preparation

Cut fryer into small pieces.
Soak in beer for 2 hours or overnight.
In meantime, melt butter in large shallow pan.
Cut up garlic in small pieces or use garlic seasoning in the butter.
Dip chicken in corn flake crumbs.
Place in melted butter and garlic and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 until done.
I usually cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
