Cornstarch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. cornstarch
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar + 1 Tbsp.
few drops of lemon flavoring
Preparation

Beat eggs until creamy.
Add sugar slowly.
Combine cornstarch and baking powder in blender at low speed.
Add egg mixture to dry mixture by teaspoons.
Add flavoring.
Pour batter into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 (until inserted toothpick comes out clean).
