Vegetable-Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced diagonally
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Brown pork strips in oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Push meat to side of skillet.
Add mushrooms, pepper, zucchini, celery, carrots, garlic and onion.
Stir-fry approximately 3 minutes.
Combine broth, soy sauce and cornstarch; add to skillet and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Serves 4.
