Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. walnuts
3 c. zucchini, shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Mix all ingredients, starting with egg, oil and sugar.
Mix 2 minutes.
Mix flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together, then mix this into the sugar mixture.
Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into round Bundt cake pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
