Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix (Stouffer's or Pepperidge Farm)
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil the zucchini and onion in salted water.
    Mix soup, carrots, sour cream and zucchini.
    Put stuffing in blender and shred.
    Mix with melted butter.
    Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour zucchini mixture in and sprinkle rest of mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
