Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 c. ground toasted almonds
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium-size green pepper, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls.
    Dredge in 1/3 cup cornstarch.
    Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; add meatballs and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set pineapple aside.
