Sugarless Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    Dissolve
    gelatin
    in
    boiling water.
    Put in ice cubes and stir
    with
    wire whip until it begins to thicken.
    Remove unmelted ice.
    Stir in fruit.
    Fold in whipped cream and stir gently. Place
    in
    refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from refrigerator
    and
    pour
    into
    pie
    crust.
    May top with additional
    whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Very light dessert!
