Molded Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. water
    2 c. mayonnaise
    12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise.
    Stir in eggs, relish, onions and peppers. Mix well. Pour into a well-oiled 8-cup mold and chill overnight. You may place this when unmolded on large lettuce leaves and garnish with a few slices of ham.
